At Agriturismo Cinuzza, we strive to offer our guests a peaceful and transparent experience. Below are our booking and cancellation terms.
Booking Terms
Once you place a booking through this website, we will hold your selected dates for 72 hours. If payment is not received within this period, the reservation will automatically expire and the dates will become available again on the website.
Cancellation Terms and Conditions
At Agriturismo Cinuzza, we understand that plans can change and we do our best to provide our guests with a clear and transparent cancellation policy.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation up to 5 days before arrival: If you cancel your reservation at least 5 days prior to the expected arrival date, you will receive a full refund of the booking amount.
Cancellation within 5 days of arrival: If the cancellation is made within 5 days of the expected arrival date, no refund will be issued.

Where applicable, refunds will be processed within 7 working days from the confirmation of cancellation.
Tourist Tax
The tourist tax will be collected in cash upon check-in. The amount is €2.00 per night per person for the first 7 nights, and applies only to adults over the age of 12.
Special Conditions
In case of a no-show (no arrival without prior notice), the booking amount will not be refundable.
